Merry meet everyone, I was called to this path in February 2020 after having multiple nights dreaming of the name Hekate and some other name that had no information available. After doing some research about Hekate that led me to the Wiccan path and I have been following ever since. It was not until July of 2020 during a very deep meditation that I realized the other name in my dreams was me. I am currently preparing myself for my self initiation ceremony to mark my one year and a day. That day is fast approaching but I believe my ritual is set and I will be ready for when that day arrives. I will adopt my Wiccan name at that time as well.
I have a strong connection to both Tarot and Oracle cards and my ability to read them is improving.
I look forward to learning all that I can as I travel this new path. I wish I had started this journey sooner, but as soon as that thought developed another right behind it said I started when I was supposed to start so maybe I was not ready until now.

A Cup for the Wolf Moon
I just thought I would introduce myself. I love crystals and learning about everything there is to know about witchcraft. I feel like we were meant to cross path’s. I had a dream of a women who encountered me but I had not idea who she was. I was not able to put my finger on it. So I am glad you were able to do so with Hecate. I like Hecate because she embodies the underworld and I believe she is the triple Goddess. I have been doing lots of shadow work. I have a small statue of her in my room. She was my first Goddess I discovered. I am wondering if she came to me as well. She danced with me and asked me if I would make a decision about weather or not I wanted to work with her. Anyway it took me by surprise. I just thought I would share since you did. I never encountered anything like it again. I wish she would come to me again but has not. Maybe if I leave her something in honor of her she will come to me again. Just food for thought.
Anyway I am glad to meet you & welcome to the coven. I understand you are from Ohio. I have never been there. I am glad that you found wicca and its too bad we didn’t find it earlier. I am 39 and almost 40. You are a seeker of knowledge on your quest for wisdom and I hope we can Inspire each other on our path together.
