~Group Ritual: Together with the Coven~

Join the forum family for a quiet moment and peaceful shared ritual on Thursday, November 5th

Group meditation rituals and conversations are held every Thursday. Feel free to visit last week’s ritual post to get an idea about what to expect, and look for an announcement on the main page of the forum for details about this week’s group ritual :person_in_lotus_position:

~Moon Phase: Last Quarter Moon~

With the passing of the Full Blue Moon this past weekend, the light of the moon is beginning to fade. This Sunday, November 8th, the skies will be blessed with a Last Quarter Moon :last_quarter_moon:

To find the exact time of moon phases for your location, I recommend the Moon Phase Calendar from the Old Farmer’s Almanac.

The last quarter moon is a time of rest and the banishment of negative energies or forces in your life.

For more information about Moon Magick and specific spells recommended for the last quarter moon, visit the guide Moon Magic: Spells for Every Lunar Phase: Last Quarter :sparkles:

You always inspire @TheTravelWitch. You support and uplift us all…all the time. Thank you for your generosity and wisdom.
In gratitude… Be well and Blessed be.

No big plans for me this week other than finishing my book for the book club and trying to get my kindle app on my pc fixed. It’s gone all wonky, I can’t read on it. I’ve had my computer checked, it’s fine so it’s something with the app itself. That’s going to be fun to track down. LOL.

Thank you! Today I have to see my doctor at 10 AM and then I have a phone call with my daughter’s principal! The rest of the week… I’m not even sure yet. I’m honestly just trying to get through today. I hope everyone has a great week though and that everyone had a great weekend.

You are very welcome, @Berta! Love and light to you as well :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Oh no! Sorry to hear about your kindle, @Kasie. I hope you can get the app fixed. I don’t know much about them myself- is there a customer support line you can call? Sometimes they can walk through rebooting it. Good luck! :raised_hands:

How did the doctors visit and principal call go, @Krissie117? Hope everything is okay! Sometimes we just gotta take one day at a time- know that you are doing great! Hang in there! :two_hearts:

Good morning everyone! My doctor’s visit was fantastic. Everything is good, I can get back to my regular scheduled programming, I just can’t go swimming, soak in a tub or hot tub for another month… not that it’s prime swim time here on Cape Cod. It was freezing yesterday, so no pools for me anytime soon.

The principal call didn’t happen! I was so upset. She never called when she said that she would. She did call when I was out at the grocery store though and said to give her a call today. So I will be doing that later this morning.

Some days I don’t feel like I’m doing great. But in the end I know that I am trying my best. So I just keep on keeping on each day. Like you said, one day at a time @TheTravelWitch

Yeppers. I called and they said it was my computer. So I called customer support for that, and they took over my computer and checked it out from stem to stern and it’s fine, thank goddess, so it’s something in the app. They were supposed to call me back my Friday but didn’t so I called again yesterday. Hopefully they’ll get back to me today or tomorrow.

Whoot! Back to driving eh? That’ll do you good. I’m glad you’re doing so well @krissie117! That’s great!

You sure you’re not going to join up to a polar bear club and go skinny dipping in the bay this winter? LOL.

:smiling_face_with_three_hearts: :heartbeat: :two_hearts:

Ahh that’s tough when you get ready for an appointment and the other party is late or misses it- maybe an emergency came up! Either way, good luck on the call today- sending good vibes :grinning: And congrats on the successful doctors visit! Sorry about no swimming- but yeah, better to be banned from the beach in the cold months! That would be tough on the Cape in summertime :beach_umbrella:

Glad to hear your computer is okay, Kasie! Hopefully the app is an easy fix, and it sounds like it’s in the hands of the app support team. Fingers crossed they get back to you soon and it’ll be working again in no time! :raised_hands:

I did get my call to the principal, it was a good conversation. We decided that Peanut will go back to school as a hybrid, so 1 week in school and 1 week at home. She has tontalk to the teachers and will get back to me with her start date for that to happen. She was really nice and understanding about the situation.

I know this is late but I am so thankful to My Goddess for the gift of finally being able to read again. It is still slow and I am not back to the peer reviewed journal entries I used to enjoy but I did finish two books :books: during the week of November 2nd.

Also, yesterday my wife and I finally finished a puzzle for the first time since we filed then dismissed divorce. We used to do puzzles every Sunday and I am so happy we are able to do those again. It was only 500 pieces but I love ducks :duck: so we had to do it. :grinning:

I’m glad that you’re back to enjoying time with your wife! I love solving puzzles with my wife, Grace. We have a collection of them but we never tried anything over 1,000 pieces. That looks like it was a fun one!!

Congrats on your recent readings- two books is a lot! Give yourself more credit, @praecog29- you’re doing great  And what a cute puzzle- I love the tourist ducks :hatched_chick::laughing: I think it’s wonderful that you’ve gotten back into a shared hobby with your wife.
