Christina,
Yes that crystal is absolutely beautiful. Itā€™s so special to me because it carries lots of healing from a high priestess. It is almost the largest one I have that is citrine. Thank you

I am glad we did this challenge it gave me a chance to open up my deck and use them. I am finding itā€™s a great deck to have especially if youā€™re like me still learning about them.
Blessed beāœØ

So I am a lover of all the crystal that I can get a hand on although I dont have much, I go about however choosing my crystal based on there properties and their benefits that suits my interest . All crystals and stones provides us with great benefits and health properties.

I dont work with crystal much but have somewhat began added them to my daily routine as I get to familiarize myself with them, I have a few of my favorite, some which is mention below :hugs:

I somewhat love as well working with these @fabian but have not yet gotten myself a tigers eye. Will add this to my wish list as I speak.

For this challenge I have decided to learn about a new crystal as well as to choose a crystal that resonates with me and to work with on a more occasional basis. Am in search of a everyday crystal to aid me in my working environment.

I am passionate lover of CLEAR QUARTZ but was searching for a different crystal since I felt the need to do so.The lovely @christina4 had recommended some few days back a link to cosmic cuts on this exercise. I found this to be very beneficial to me, below is a copy of my results and benefits.

What so weird is that a week or two before this challenge I ordered this said stone from Etsy and did not even knew why  I loved the COLOUR and everything about it without not even knowing it benefits. This stone came into my life 5 or so days before this challenge and what was so weird happened that the said crystal bought was what I really needed for my purposeā€¦

My Carnelian (new collection)

I say this to say that crystals and stones really are here for a purpose to benefit us whether or not we realize it.

Weekly Challenge ā€“ Crystals - June 20, 2021

This week was tougher than most, there was an attempt made to pull me into some family drama that was not of my making and those involved got a little angry and mean because I would not agree with them and call a truth a lie. It ate away at me for a few days so by midweek I was asking myself why I was letting them get to me. It just so happened that the universe, in its perfect timing, had delivered my crystal order so I decided it was time to put them to use. Wednesday night I cast a circle, did some meditation and pulled out the following crystals to help me work through the previous events. The first crystal I chose was Selenite to help purify and clear away any negative energy. This crystal is good for meditation and spiritual work. The second crystal chosen was Tourmaline which is a great crystal for grounding and cleansing your aura. It helps to release anger and ridding yourself of negative thoughts; it also provides psychic protection from negative entities. Next crystal I chose was Citrine which helps to activate your intuition and promotes happiness and joy. It also encourages a positive attitude. Lastly I chose Black Amber for its ability to absorb negative energy and transmute it to healing energy. It is used to help balance the emotions, clear the mind, and release negative energy. Once I had them all together I did a meditation and just let everything that happened earlier in the week slip away. I refuse to allow people that have minimal connections in my life to ever have the amount of control I gave them ever again. After meditation I went out and spoke to my mother about what I had decided, we both agreed that it was not worth the negativity, then we lit some candles and incense and cleared the house of bad energy not of our making. The final piece was the tea meditation on Thursday and since then things have been much better. Below are the selected crystals laying on top of the book I have chosen to participate in the Book Club challenge.

As a side note I have to say I love the way the light passes through the Selenite and the Black Amber.

Have an amazing day. Blessed be.

Happy Solstice everyone! :sunny:

I chose today to do my crystal work because I wanted to work with my sunstone and today seemed like the perfect day to hook into that sunny, masculine, energy.

What I did was this Summer Solstice meditation with the sunstone in my dominant hand. After a few minutes, it felt like I had the jitters in that hand. I think I really connected to it and to awakening my inner light on this day.

It felt like my hand had a charge at any rate, which was nice because while I love crystals I canā€™t always feel them. So this experience was awesome.

I hope this stone and this mediation give me the strength I need to make some needed changes in my life to better my health. Thatā€™s the hope at any rate.

Thanks, @BryWisteria for giving us a great challenge!

Happy Litha, everyone! I hope youā€™re all doing well! <3 My post for this weekā€™s challenge will probably be super short because Iā€™ve been super busy with work and trying to stay on top of my schoolwork and Iā€™m finally at a place where I have a few minutes of downtime ā€“ Iā€™m ready for bed and already half asleep :confounded: lol

Anyway, for this weekā€™s challenge, I reflected on how Iā€™ve always been OBSESSED with rocks ā€“ not the shiny pretty crystals (theyā€™re great too, donā€™t get me wrong!), but like R O C K S. The kind of rocks that people walk past without even thinking about them because theyā€™re just plain, well, rocks.

Ever since I was little, Iā€™ve been most consistently drawn to flint. Iā€™ve never walked past a piece of flint without picking it up. I have no idea why I love flint so much, but I do

On one of my lunchbreaks from work (I work from home), I took a little extra time to walk up and down our quarter-mile long driveway a few times to get outside and release some steam because people were being extra crappy that day. Normally, when I walk down the driveway, I donā€™t go all the way to the street because Iā€™m like ā€œEh, I think Iā€™ve gone far enough down that I can truthfully say I walked all the way down the drivewayā€ and then turn and head back. This particular day, something was pulling me to go all the way to the very end of the driveway and to go to the corner opposite of our mailbox. I looked down, and there was a :sparkles: C H O N K :sparkles: of flint. Of course, I HAD to pick it up (after asking its permission, along with permission from the land spirits) to take it in and clean it up.

After giving it some TLC, I did a little meditation with it to try to see what it had to share with me. I immediately felt like it was absorbing my frustration, and I felt more deeply grounded than I usually do when I do a grounding meditation. I decided to look up any metaphysical properties of flint, assuming that there wouldnā€™t be any because to most people itā€™s just flint. I was surprised by what I found! According to the two sources I read, itā€™s good for grounding. Now, I have it sitting on my desk to keep me company and help me ground when people are being rude! Iā€™ll try to remember to take a pic of it tomorrow ā€“ I left it downstairs when I took it out with me to meditate outside for a while today. (Iā€™m sure Iā€™ll probably forget, so please feel free to poke me tomorrow and remind me if youā€™re interested in seeing my chonkie boi piece of flint

Here are the sites with the info I read about flint if youā€™re interested in that, too

Hello to all my fellow coven members, hope everyone is having a wonderful Litha celebration.
Iā€™ve been collecting Crystals that i bought from Amazon.
I bought two small boxes of Crystals- for Chakra cleansing. One to work on friends and family, and the second one for myself. The crystals are gorgeous. So happy with the purchases.
I also bought a box of crystals for abundance and a selenite wand.
I meditate with whichever crystal i feel drawn too on a given day. But, i always use the selenite-wand to skim my body and feel my energy.

Iā€™m new to crystals and still learning. However, Iā€™ve been following my intuition when picking my crystals - to carry for the day, especially when i head to work. And the strange part is when a certain crystal jumps at me it tends to correspond with the intention i need for that day. Therefore, Iā€™m trusting my intuition to guide me. I also sleep with a Amethyst crystal on my bed and it brings me such comfort, healing and calmness.

For my challenge, i put my crystals outside late afternoon, because there was rain in the forecast and didnā€™t want to risk it. The challenge also coincided with Litha. When the :sun_with_face: came out, i put them outside on my patio, which Iā€™ve been buying and re-potting flowers, a pot at a time. ( Its my sanctuary in the city. I call it my secret- garden because its tucked away in privacy. Love to sit out there with my dog and care to my flowers, plants and cultivate them with Magick- intentions. So Zen and peaceful.)

I let the sun charge them and absorb its glorious energy and strength. I set a shell with salt. Another one with a red candle, and wine glass filled with moon water with red rose petals, from my red roses. ( Yay, my own roses, feels great to use my own)
Said a prayer to the lady and the lord and went for a walk with my dog and sat at the playground to absorb the sunā€™s rays for a little bit. Let the sun warm my heart and soul as i meditated.

Here are some pics of my crystals and magick- garden lol .

Blessed be to all.
May Litha bring everyone everything you are asking for and needing .

Blessed be
