FREE 1000's of Meditations

Good morning.

Most of you know that I have been going through some things & every once in a while I need something different for a meditation, depending on how I’m feeling. My therapist actually recommended this app to me & I’ve found that there is a meditation guided or not for just about everything. 100’s of 1000’s of meditations & meditation courses that are for FREE.

It has been a great help for me along with the Meditation in a Moment - 5 mins total video time to reset when I can’t do a meditation on my own terms.

I hope they are helpful for newcomers, beginners, & advanced alike… there is something for everyone.

You are very welcome @Rowan & @Katnabis :two_hearts: they both really help me & the youtube video my daughter started doing just the meditation part (it’s a minute long) by herself. I found out by accident :face_with_hand_over_mouth: The entire video is five minutes & I love the stick figure :rofl:

I prefer guided meditations & struggle with some of the topics there plus they have other topics for spirituality… I’m telling you… ALL KINDS OF meditations :woman_in_lotus_position: I was shocked :eyes: when I started clicking on different topics & sessions. Plus I love :heart: that I can do them from my phone in an app or through my laptop. :grin:

@debra2 you’re welcome, It’s really quite the site/app. I used one for grounding ye5sterday & felt better afterward then later I did one of the anxiety/stress relief meditations & was very happy with that too.

@AileyGrey I’m happy that it is helpful to you! I love the “courses” for beginners in so many topics. I try to do at least one meditation a day. Some days, I’m just happy for five minutes to sit on my back porch :laughing:


This sounds like a great resource! One can never have too many meditations- sometimes general ones work great, but then there are times when you need a meditation for something super specific, so having a library like this is awesome! :blush:

No problem. I have a list of favorites now that help when I need to reset or just to have some time to ow down my thoughts a little bit. :hugs:
