I am new to Witchcraft but I just found out that my friend is in a coma and I was wondering if there is a spell I could do to help them wake up?

I am sorry to hear about your friend. That must be very trying and difficult. While I don’t know of any specific spell to wake someone from a coma, I was able to search the forum and the spells8.com site to find a few things that might be helpful.

Welcome @maranda5 ! It’s great to have you with us. I’m from Minnesota and have been practicing many different aspects of the craft for 35+ years. I currently practice voodoo and chaos magick.
I’m sorry to hear about your friend. I don’t know if anything that can necessarily wake her up. There is always sending white light healing that can assist. Not sure how you feel about voodoo but you can create a voodoo doll, fill it with healing herbs. Dress or draw on the doll to make it look like your friend. Light a white candle, cleanse the doll using sage. Set the doll next to the candle, say something to request healing of whatever caused the coma and put a green headed pin into what ever part of the body that caused the coma. Extinguish the white candle and leave it on your altar or practice space. Light the candle again daily asking for healing. If you can get to her it would be benefiting to have the doll with or close to her. It will need to be put somewhere it will not be moved or tampered with. Otherwise, put it in a safe place in your house where it will not be tampered with. If you have questions on this, feel free to private message me or ask in here.

I’m so sorry to hear about your friend and I think you are very kind for looking for ways to help them. I agree with what others have shared - unless the coma was the direct result of a curse (in which case you could attempt to break the curse), for a non-magickal coma, healing spells would be my recommendation as well.
Others have shared some great healing spell suggestions, and I second Georgia’s suggestion of adding them to the Energy Exchange Circle - let us know if you’d like an entry to be added
