A witch cooking pot could be a cauldron, or a designated pot that you would use… if it’s a designated pot for say cooking in the kitchen, making simmer pots would a lovely idea for so many uses

You could make many things from simmer pots, waters, soups, teas & others with a witch’s pot specifically for your kitchen. I have one of those myself.
Cauldrons are very versatile too! I have 2 smaller ones. Some are used the same way for making different potions in the kitchen (depending on their size). Still, you can also use them for burning fresh incense, or any incense really, catching ash, as a fireproof dish for burning candles , mixing different ingredients, using water for scrying or reading wax, or another divination method. Some of those things would depend on the size of the cauldron that you have
