I looked through a few and eventually decided to read Herbal Support for Cold and Flu Season- as we are entering the autumn months infamous for sniffles and sickness!
The book starts off with a list of common herbs and their medicinal properties that can help boost your immune system and cold-fight ability during the flu season. It talks about safety, and then gives a thorough breakdown for several recipes.

The book is short (only about 54 pages) and ends with a promotion (trying to encourage readers to sign up for their paid classes). But the little bit of advertising aside, this was a quick and fun read with lots of inspiration for uplifting seasonal recipes and remedies!
All in all, I recommend it!
Happy reading and Blessed Be!
