What corresponds with ārelaxā?
In magick, there is a complex underlying web that relates one thing to another- these are correspondences. Herbs, crystals, deities, months, seasons, colors, etc- these are all things that can be tied to various properties, and then used in magick to get the desired effect.
Consider doing some research this week into magickal items and tools that align with relaxation, comfort, rejuvination, cleansing, etc- here are a few examples:
[Herbs]
-Catnip
-Lavender
-Other herbs for soothing anxiety
[Crystals]
-Lepidolite
-Amethyst
-Other crystals for general physical healing
And so many more! As you search, you may find that you already have some items that encourage relaxation already on hand!
