Drawing on the Chakras :person_in_lotus_position:

As an ancient form of healing originating from India, some pursue the 7 Chakras as a way to release inner blockages and maintain wellbeing.

Each of the 7 Chakras corresponds with a part of the body, a color, and various ailments/enhancements in your life.

I should use my chakra grids for this challenge because it’s a challenge!!! I don’t have the canes to match. Or anything else. So yeah, I think I’ll have to do that. Is that ok @BryWisteria ?

Omg! Excited Liisa noises I’m definetly finding away to get my new colouring book into this challenge

This article is helpful, too!!

Ooh that sounds so exciting!!! I need an idea. But I may stick with my chakra grids. Idk.

The chakra grids is an awesome idea :hugs: we could all learn so much from them  I do look forward to all of your crystal related posts  I have a slight obsession with having things in all different colours, pens, candles, string, crystals etc  so I’m going to root them all out and have a group photo of them :joy:

I’m so excited for this challenge!

And the timing is perfect as I’ve just had a meeting with our head of marketing confirming my Law firm will be sponsoring the Herts Pride Dog Show again for the second year running (gap last year for Covid and the show wasn’t on).

Me at the 2019 show #serious judging

Ooh, great idea!!! I can’t wait to see it!!! I organize things by either color or alphabet.

Oh, I can’t decide what to do & my mind is a jumbled mess of ideas for it. I don’t know if I want to do something on chakras or crystals or candles; too many choices. I think I may try something with chakras though. That should help me learn a little bit more about them. I could also do crystals, I have some of each color I believe. Or combine the 2! Definitely going to have to put some thought into this one :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

@Liisa That was the first thought that came to my mind too! I found a coloring book of mandalas and things like that the other day when I was cleaning out some old boxes, and figured this is a perfect opportunity to use it!

Oh no! Another great idea! I have a coloring book that has mandalas that look as though they could double as a crystal grid. New idea! This is going to be so hard for me this week! Thank you @Liisa & @Jewitch for the new inspiration.

Oh this one is going to be fuunnn  I was just talking to a friend of mine about :rainbow_flag: PRIDE :rainbow_flag: and how I have always felt kinda outside of the community because I’ve been in a hetero relationship for almost 13 years. Anyway, I know that’s not exactly what this challenge is about but I’ll figure something out!

Hopefully I’ll get the time to do this challenge this week. Had a busy week since last Thursday, picked up our new car, rearranged my living room, etc.

Blessed Be,

There are so many ways to interpret this challenge and that excites me! Yesterday I was feeling called to focus on chakra meditations with my crystals, and learning about them so this feels very timely. Whoop whoop! Blessings on your challenge journeys, everyone!

Congratulations on your new car! And yay for rearranging. That does so much good from time to time. Your living room looks beautiful!

Someone has read my mind (or my posts).
I’ll use this challenge to learn more about the seven chakras.:orange_heart::yellow_heart::green_heart::blue_heart::purple_heart:
I’m also thinking of using my dragon oracle deck for guidance on how I can cleanse all of mine.

I think I’m going to get creative and get the paintbrushes out this week and paint something colourful.

@ Rowan! Woo! Love the new car! And your arrangement is lovely!

I have NO idea what I’m going to do. I’ll have to have a think on it. There are so many things I could do!

Ok this is how I’ve got on with my painting tonight of the Goddess Iris.

Needs some more work but pleased with it so far.

Everyones ideas sound amazing

@Susurrus @Jewitch fellow colouring book comrades :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: I think I know what I’m going to do with mine, my sisters birthday is on the 4th of June and she is a Gemini Sun sign so I figured id choose my favourite Gemini interpretation in the book and colour it with the colours associated with Gemini which I think (if my research serves me well) is pink, green, yellow and white? If anyone knows if I’m way off the mark on that please let me know :heartpulse:

@Rowan I’m loving the new car   and your living room looks amazing :heartpulse:

@IrisW you are so talented  that is a beautiful painting :heartpulse: you could make a tarot or oracle card set with that aesthetic :heartpulse:
